Dr Carmen Spry

Clinical Psychologist

“The journey is never ending. There is always going to be growth, improvement and adversity; you just have to take it all in, and do what’s right, continue to grow and live in the moment.”

Carmen works Wednesdays and alternate Thursdays and is currently taking new clients. She sees children and adults and has a special interest in family psychology and perinatal mental health. Carmen works alongside her clients to help them achieve real changes in their lives by learning new coping strategies, self-compassion and resilience. Everyone deserves to live a happy, fulfilled and peaceful life and sometimes we all need a little support to overcome obstacles in order to thrive and flourish.
