Cancellation Policy

As of August 2024

In order to provide high quality service to all clients, we ask for your cooperation with scheduling appointments. If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, please give Lilley Place at least 48 hours notice, otherwise the below fee structure will apply.

48 Hours Notice24 Hours NoticeOn the Day CancellationNo Show

We appreciate and thank you for your assistance and understanding on this policy. This policy applies to all of our clients because not providing adequate notice to cancel or failure to attend appointments affects three people: the client who is delaying their therapy progress, another client who has been on the waitlist to see the psychologist urgently and the psychologist who spent their time preparing for the session, set aside the time in their calendar and lost income.

*NDIS cancellation fees will be charged as per the current Pricing Arrangements and Price limits document. See NDIS website

** Late cancellation and no-show fees will be automatically processed via stored credit card details.

AI Policy

Lilley Place is committed to the ethical, legal, and responsible use of AI to support the delivery of high-quality healthcare. AI will never replace human care but may assist clinicians in improving patient outcomes while safeguarding privacy and clinical independence. AI tools will only be adopted if they genuinely enhance patient well-being, with strict risk management and transparency measures in place. Patients have the right to opt out of AI use at any time. Lilley Place remains accountable for AI implementation and will continuously review and refine its use to ensure the highest standards of care.

NDIS Policy

Lilley Place is committed to supporting NDIS participants while remaining transparent about our role as a non-registered NDIS provider. We strive to stay informed about NDIS policies and work collaboratively with participants to navigate changes in the scheme. To ensure clarity and compliance, we recommend having a signed Service Agreement, which outlines rights, responsibilities, and applicable fees, including administrative and travel costs. While we provide services that align with NDIS goals, mental health support under NDIS is not a replacement for Medicare-funded therapy. The Lilley Place team appreciates your cooperation in maintaining a seamless and compliant service experience.
