UPDATED CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to provide high quality service to all clients, we ask for your cooperation with scheduling appointments. If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, please give Lilley Place at least 48 hours notice, otherwise the below fee structure will apply.

We appreciate and thank you for your assistance and understanding on this policy. This policy applies to all of our clients because not providing adequate notice to cancel or failure to attend appointments affects three people: the client who is delaying their therapy progress, another client who has been on the waitlist to see the psychologist urgently and the psychologist who spent their time preparing for the session, set aside the time in their calendar and lost income.

COVID-19 POLICY
Lilley Place places the utmost importance on the health and safety of our clients, team members and the broader community and will continue to take all necessary and reasonable steps to provide services in a COVID safe way. As Lilley Place is classified as a health care setting, masks must be still worn by all people aged 12 years and over who are attending the Lilley Place clinic. Please ensure to bring a mask/s with you to your session.
We also ask that you minimise the number of people attending an appointment so that we can allow for social distancing and maintain a COVID safe practice.
