March 2023

In order to provide high quality service to all clients, we ask for your cooperation with scheduling appointments. If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, please give Lilley Place at least 48 hours notice, otherwise the below fee structure will apply.

48 Hours Notice24 Hours NoticeNo Show
$80 + GST$150 + GSTFull Fee

We appreciate and thank you for your assistance and understanding on this policy. This policy applies to all of our clients because not providing adequate notice to cancel or failure to attend appointments affects three people: the client who is delaying their therapy progress, another client who has been on the waitlist to see the psychologist urgently and the psychologist who spent their time preparing for the session, set aside the time in their calendar and lost income.

*NDIS cancellation fees will be charged as per the current Pricing Arrangements and Price limits document. See link: NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2022-2023

** Late cancellation and no-show fees will be automatically processed via stored credit card details.
