Tiah Dowell

I am passionate about helping others to find their strengths and working with clients in a way that best suits them - whether that be to support them through a difficult time, work towards achieving goals, or to simply explore what a more fulfilling life might look like for them.

Tiah provides a warm and accepting space for her clients. It is important to her that each person feels heard, understood, and valued.

Tiah adopts a client-centred framework that draws primarily from Cognitive-Behavioural (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) therapeutic modalities. She is flexible in her approach and loves to incorporate humour and creativity in her work with clients.
