Tiah is a warm and genuine psychologist who values courage, curiosity, and humour. She feels privileged to be invited into her clients’ lives and is dedicated to creating a space where people feel heard, understood, and supported as they navigate whatever life brings.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Tiah works with adolescents and adults, and has practised in a variety of settings including community mental health services, hospitals, and schools. She now works solely in private practice and enjoys having the opportunity to develop long-term connections with her clients. Tiah adopts a client-centred framework that draws from a number of modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy. Tiah is a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician and has received training in the Maudsley Anorexia Nervosa Treatment for Adults (MANTRA) and Specialist Supportive Clinical Management (SSCM). She is flexible in her approach and enjoys bringing warmth and humour into her work.
In her spare time, Tiah enjoys rock climbing, hiking, camping, and reading.
