Lily is a Clinical Psychologist who provides a warm, compassionate, and supportive space for young people aged 11–25. Her goal is to offer a safe environment where clients feel heard, understood, and supported to work towards meaningful change.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Lily specialises in adolescent mental health and works from evidence-based frameworks including CBT, DBT, and mentalisation-based approaches. She has a special interest in supporting adolescents and young adults recovering from eating disorders and provides evidence-based treatments including FBT, CBT-E, CBT-AR, AFT, MANTRA, and SSCM. She has extensive experience across CYMHS community teams, acute response services, adolescent inpatient units, and day programs, and also works within a specialist eating disorder service outside of Lilley Place.
When she’s not in the clinic, Lily enjoys sipping matcha lattes, spending time with friends, and staying active at Pilates.
