Heather works Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and is currently taking new clients.
Heather considers clients the experts in their own lives and is invested in walking alongside them as they cultivate and mobilise their unique strengths to address current challenges.

Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology); Bachelor of Science (Psychology) with First Class Honours
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Heather consults primarily with adults and as an individual living with chronic conditions herself, is particularly passionate about supporting others to navigate health challenges and chronic pain. She works to provide consultative and responsive interventions drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Schema-Focused Cognitive Therapy.
Heather has completed her Level 1 Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) training and will be completing her Advanced training in this modality at the beginning of July.
When not in the clinic, Heather is a devoted traveller and fur-mother to her English Bull Terrier, Callie (short for Calamity).
