Therese has gained experience through a variety of settings, including private practice, mental health and maternity hospitals, paediatric outpatient services, as well as research and university sectors. Such experience has enabled her to work with children, adolescents and adults presenting with a range of difficulties, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), stress, sleep disturbance, alcohol use disorders, grief and loss, borderline personality disorder, trauma and gender dysphoria. She draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Schema-Focused Cognitive Therapy. Therese utilises a combination of behavioural and attachment based parenting approaches when working with parents.

Tali provides a warm, accepting, and safe, space meeting you wherever you are at in your journey towards a more meaningful life. She is passionate about working collaboratively with her clients to achieve their goals and positive changes through a combination of evidence-based practice and feedback-informed, individually-tailored therapy as she acknowledges that no two people are the same. Above all, it is important to Tali that her clients feel heard and valued.
Heather is invested in walking alongside her clients through life’s many transitions. She is completing her supervised internship at Lilley Place and accepts a variety of referrals including NDIS therapy, cognitive assessment and private consultations.
Kate is a Health Psychologist who is passionate about working at the intersection of physical and psychological health to enrich the lives of individuals and couples with illness-related challenges.
