Therese is currently not taking any new clients. She offers Telehealth and Face to Face sessions on Thursday evenings, Fridays and Saturdays once a month. Therese is passionate about helping clients across the lifespan reach their potential and has an authentic, warm and collaborative approach.

Masters of Clinical Psychology from Griffith University
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Therese has gained experience through a variety of settings, including private practice, mental health and maternity hospitals, paediatric outpatient services, as well as research and university sectors. Such experience has enabled her to work with children, adolescents and adults presenting with a range of difficulties, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), stress, sleep disturbance, alcohol use disorders, grief and loss, borderline personality disorder, trauma and gender dysphoria. She draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Schema-Focused Cognitive Therapy. Therese is now a board approved Psychology Supervisor with capacity to supervise provisional psychologists and clinical psychology registrars. In her spare time, Therese enjoys picnics, cheese platters and spending time with her husband and baby daughter.
