Masters of Clinical Psychology from Griffith University

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Therese has gained experience through a variety of settings, including private practice, mental health and maternity hospitals, paediatric outpatient services, as well as research and university sectors. Such experience has enabled her to work with children, adolescents and adults presenting with a range of difficulties, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), stress, sleep disturbance, alcohol use disorders, grief and loss, borderline personality disorder, trauma and gender dysphoria. She draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Schema-Focused Cognitive Therapy. In her spare time, Therese likes going to brunch with her husband, attending fitness classes, spending time with her dogs and travelling.

Sandy works Wednesdays, Thursdays and is currently taking any Cancer Wellbeing Centre Clients. Sandy is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of her clients, providing evidence-based compassionate care to reduce distress and promote wellbeing, growth and resilience.

General Psychologist

Heather works Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and is currently taking new clients.
Heather considers clients the experts in their own lives and is invested in walking alongside them as they cultivate and mobilise their unique strengths to address current challenges.

General Psychologist

Leith is a Consultant & Workplace Psychologist who works Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and is currently taking new clients. Leith is passionate about supporting people to achieve optimal health and wellbeing. She combines a diverse background in counselling, wellbeing coaching, and workplace psychology and seeks to apply all these approaches to suit client need. Leith has a preference for a positive psychology approach.
