Sophie is a warm and non-judgmental psychologist, with a background in counselling, who aims to create a collaborative and affirming space for people. She believes in the ability of all people to recover from the difficulties they may face. Sophie is especially interested in working with people who find the process of expressing emotions difficult, as she believes therapy can be for anyone.

Master of Clinical Psychology from Griffith University; Master of Counselling from University of Queensland

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Sophie has practiced within a number of settings including university psychology clinics, community mental health services, and schools. As a counsellor, she has worked within a national youth counselling organisation, and also a domestic violence crisis service. She primarily draws upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) when working with clients. Sophie enjoys science fiction, bushwalking and creative writing in her spare time.

Tali provides a warm, accepting, and safe, space meeting you wherever you are at in your journey towards a more meaningful life. She is passionate about working collaboratively with her clients to achieve their goals and positive changes through a combination of evidence-based practice and feedback-informed, individually-tailored therapy as she acknowledges that no two people are the same. Above all, it is important to Tali that her clients feel heard and valued.

Gillian is a compassionate and sensitive therapist who has witnessed the benefit that therapy can have when you engage in the process of personal exploration and professional support. Gillian is curious about personal resilience, the process of psychological growth and the behavioural patterns that we can’t resist.
Psychological concerns are human concerns and we all deserve to feel well and that requires someone to hear our concerns, someone to listen.
