Days in clinic: Thursday
Sally is a Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years of experience working with people across the lifespan in Australia, Ireland and the UAE.
She believes that good therapy starts with getting to know the person, not just the problem that has brought them to therapy. She takes time to understand each person’s experiences, what is happening in their life and, importantly, what matters to them.
Sally’s approach is warm, respectful and practical. She wants people to feel comfortable being themselves and talking openly, in a space where individual differences are understood and valued. Her practice is neuroaffirming and respectful of each person’s identity, values and lived experience.
Sally draws on evidence-based psychological therapies, while recognising that no single approach suits everyone. Warmth, respect and the individual are always at the centre of her work.
