The idea of therapy may be daunting for some. It could also present as an exciting opportunity to explore the self. Wherever you may be on the continuum, you have taken an important step to creating a more fulfilling and meaningful life for you, whatever that may look like. Mikaela is passionate about providing a space for her clients to explore their strengths and possibilities for change through a feedback-informed and evidence-based approach.

Nearing completion – PhD in Clinical Psychology (Griffith University)


Mikaela works with clients across the lifespan including children, adolescents, and adults.
She is collaborative and flexible in her approach, adopting a client-centred, strengths-based
framework. Her approach is primarily informed by Cognitive Behavioural (CBT) and
Acceptance and Commitment (ACT). Mikaela worked for almost 4 years with children in out
of home care during her undergraduate degree. She also has several years’ experience
working in the public sector across different services including: community mental health,
paediatric outpatient clinic, and telehealth for smoking cessation. In her spare time, Mikaela
enjoys reading, photography, learning how to play piano, and drinking good coffee.

Sarah has worked in a number of different countries and enjoys working collaboratively with clients from a range of backgrounds and cultures.

Clinical Psychologist

Sandy is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of her clients, providing evidence-based compassionate care to reduce distress and promote wellbeing, growth and resilience.


Tiah provides a warm and accepting space for her clients. It is important to her that each person feels heard, understood, and valued.

Provisional Psychologist

Edwina is a provisional psychologist who is currently completing the 4+2 pathway to registration. Prior to this, Edwina has experience working in drug and alcohol research, as well as an administrative assistant at a private practice. Edwina draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TfCBT).
