Leith is a Consultant & Workplace Psychologist who works Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and is currently taking new clients. Leith is passionate about supporting people to achieve optimal health and wellbeing. She combines a diverse background in counselling, wellbeing coaching, and workplace psychology and seeks to apply all these approaches to suit client need. Leith has a preference for a positive psychology approach.

PhD in Organisational Psychology, Bachelor of Behavioural Science, Graduate Diploma in Psychology Griffith University


With over 20 years of experience in psychological practice, Leith has a diverse background which includes workplace and counselling psychology. This background enables Leith to understand and conceptualise client issues and wellbeing challenges from a broad perspective. Leith applies a variety of frameworks and therapeutic approaches to her practice including positive psychology, cognitive behaviour therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. She seeks to apply a practical approach to any problem.
Leith has significant experience working with people who work in high pressure and high-stress environments such as barristers, lawyers, executives and medical professionals. She has worked with such clients in both workplace and clinical settings and thus has a robust understanding of challenges for people working in these industries and roles.

Heather considers clients the experts in their own lives and is invested in walking alongside them while they cultivate their unique strengths and forge paths forward.

Sonia is a warm and empathetic psychologist who is willing to meet you where you are at and work towards positive change. Sonia brings great enthusiasm and love for what she does, along with providing respectful and non-judgmental support to her clients.

Sandy works Wednesdays, Thursdays and is currently taking any Cancer Wellbeing Centre Clients. Sandy is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of her clients, providing evidence-based compassionate care to reduce distress and promote wellbeing, growth and resilience.

Clinical Psychologist

Laura works Wednesdays and alternate Mondays and is currently taking any Cancer Wellbeing Centre & chronic health-related clients.
Laura adopts a holistic perspective with each client. She understands the importance and value of developing a strong therapeutic foundation that can help build resilience, bring about understanding and acceptance, and creates a safe space for clients to explore their psychological concerns.
