Meg provides support to adults, teenagers and children who present with a range of concerns. Meg adopts an integrative and evidence-based therapeutic approach. She has a particular interest in Schema Therapy and also draws upon cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She places utmost importance on developing a true connection with her clients. In her spare time, Meg enjoys trying to cultivate a veggie patch, perfecting homemade espresso, movies, spending time with her partner and very inquisitive baby boy, the beach, reading and learning, catching up with mates and family, and all things cheese.
