Meredith believes everyone can, with the right support, transition to a healthy relationship with food.

Meredith specialises in an individualised, integrated and scientifically supported nutrition approach which delivers positive outcomes for individuals and families, irrespective of age. Importantly Meredith provides practical health solutions which are easily integrated into your daily lifestyle. Meredith enjoys cycling, running and spending time with family and friends. Her favourite book is “Green eggs and ham” by Dr. Seuss – you just don’t know until you try something new!

Kate is a Health Psychologist and is currently not taking any new clients.
Kate is a Health Psychologist who is passionate about working at the intersection of physical and psychological health to enrich the lives of individuals and couples with illness-related challenges.

CEO & Founder, Clinical Psychologist

Peta is not taking any new clients.
Peta enjoys the arts, particularly dancing, ballet and musical theatre, is an avid reader and huge Dr Seuss fan! Peta has 3 children and enjoys being active with them.

Nikki works Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and is currently taking new clients. Nikki is a Clinical Psychology Registrar who sees adolescents aged 12 years+ through to adults. She takes an action-orientated approach with her clients providing evidence-based interventions to address their unique needs and treatment goals. Nikki places great emphasis on developing meaningful relationships with her clients to provide a safe space to empower clients to improve their wellbeing.

Provisional Psychologist

Edwina works Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays once a month and is not currently taking any new clients.
Edwina is a provisional psychologist who is currently completing the 4+2 pathway to registration. Edwina draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TfCBT). Edwina is also a part of our Assessment Services and administers various assessments.
