As a therapy assistant, I have experience in exposure therapy, anxiety management, emotion regulation strategies and independence building. I find this role extremely rewarding for assisting both the clients and the supervising psychologists. I have experience working with people from different cultural backgrounds and across the lifespan, especially young adults. Like a coach, I love motivating clients, especially through promoting their self-determination and self-esteem.
Outside of work, I exercise my passion for justice and community development through volunteering. I volunteer for an Asylum Seeker and Refugee Support Group and occasionally at prison visiting times where I find it extremely fulfilling to be able to provide social and welfare support to those less fortunate.
In my spare time I love to keep active by going to the gym, playing sports, hiking, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Gillian is a compassionate and sensitive therapist who has witnessed the benefit that therapy can have when you engage in the process of personal exploration and professional support.
Kate is a Health Psychologist and is currently not taking any new clients.
Kate is a Health Psychologist who is passionate about working at the intersection of physical and psychological health to enrich the lives of individuals and couples with illness-related challenges.
Lucia is available Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and is currently taking a limited number of new clients. Lucia works with adult clients and places an emphasis on building a therapeutic alliance through understanding, collaboration, and purposeful work. Lucia’s approach aims to go beyond management strategies to identify core issues, including unhelpful thinking and self-defeating behaviour patterns to facilitate long-term changes in well-being and functioning.
Gordon works Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays and is taking new clients from 12 years and
above. Gordon is a Health Psychology Registrar and is fluent in English and Cantonese. He
values the importance of building a strong rapport with his clients and incorporates a warm,
empathetic approach to his therapy.
