Brooke is currently welcoming new clients across the lifespan with capacity to work with young children and adolescents.

She practices from a non-diet, weight-inclusive and trauma informed lens, with a deep commitment to compassionate, evidenced-based care. Guided by neurodivergent affirming and individualised principles, Brooke meets each client where they are, creating a space to build trust, foster curiosity around food and support meaningful, lasting change without guilt or shame.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Paediatrics: Brooke works closely with children and families to support a range of feeding and nutrition concerns. Whether supporting faltering growth, selective eating or food allergies, her goal is to create an inclusive, reassuring environment where both children and caregivers feel empowered and understood.

Eating Disorders & Disordered eating: Brooke works with individuals experiencing Binge eating disorder, Bulimia nervosa, Anorexia nervosa, OSFED, ARFID and disordered eating to foster a healed relationship with food, free from guilt, shame or rules.

Neurodiversity: Brooke supports clients experiencing food and eating challenges related to ADHD, Autism or Intellectual Disability.

Cancer: As part of the Cancer Wellbeing Centre, Brooke also offers nutritional support to clients navigating cancer diagnoses and treatment. Whether managing side effects, supporting recovery, or improving quality of life, she brings a calm, collaborative and warm approach to care.

Women’s Health: Additionally, Brooke offers personalised nutrition guidance for fertility, pregnancy and postnatal care, helping clients feel confident and well-nourished through each stage. Additionally Brooke can support Endometriosis, PCOS and Menopause.

Sports & Performance: She also works with active individuals and athletes to optimise their sports and performance nutrition, supporting energy, recovery, strength and endurance through evidenced-based strategies tailored to their unique training needs and goals.

In her spare time, Brooke enjoys running, book clubs, gardening, good coffee and quality time with her loved ones.
