Heather

Business Services Manager

Heather holds a three-year APAC-accredited Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) from Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne. She is an accredited Crisis Supporter with Lifeline Australia, and is a certified Mental Health First Aid officer. Heather is currently studying her fourth year Psychological Science Honours online with the University of Southern Queensland. You’ll see Heather in the clinic often – she’s always up for a chat and to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Anika

Client Services/Clinical Services Assistant

Anika holds a four-year APAC-accredited sequence, with a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Hons) from the University of Queensland, and is currently undergoing her Master of Clinical Psychology at Bond University. This means in addition to her work in reception, Anika is able to offer clinical assistance in psychological assessments and group programs under the supervision of one of our Lilley Place clinical psychologists. Anika also holds positions in mental health and psychological research.

Carolyn

Client Services

Carolyn has previously worked in administration and finance, including for the Alfred hospital in Melbourne.

Emma

Client Services

Emma comes to us from a nursing and medical background, and is currently undergoing a Graduate Diploma (Advanced) in Psychology with Monash University.

Eunice

Client Services

Eunice has a strong background in administrative support for allied health, and has joined Lilley Place from her previous role in psychogeriatric administration.

Meg

Client Services

Meg is studying a Bachelor of Business with Queensland University of Technology. In addition to her reception duties, Meg uses her marketing skills to head up our social media and community outreach events.
